Please keep in mind that our normal lead time for any new cabinet order is 5-6 weeks and the final mile delivery company will store cabinets up to 30 days at no charge.

• After complete payment is made our ordering department will submit order file to factory for production
• A confirmation is received from the factory and is checked to ensure accuracy. Corrections are made if needed and this process keeps going until there are no discrepancies between the Submitted order and the production submittal.
• Factory is paid electronically and production commences.
• (GENERALLY) Within 2 weeks of your payment we will have a estimated ship date assigned to your order. This date is sent to you via email through an automated system. IF a member at anytime unsubscribes or reports any email from our system as spam it will automatically block that email and because of privacy rights we will not be notified of Who did it, just that it was done. This MAY be why you are not receiving this email. Your email server may block, send to your spam folder, or otherwise block your receipt of it, this is also another common cause and is beyond our control.
• The ship date given is from factory dock. That is the only date we can rely on. Shipping from there to the final mile delivery company warehouse and final delivery are unknown until they call you to schedule delivery.
• Depending on the specific Delivery company they may schedule delivery with you after shipment leaves factory or they may wait until they receive them to schedule.
